With a fleet of 19 specialized pullet trailers and 47 fowl trailers, no matter what the size your job is we are ready to help. In 2017 Melhorn partnered with Buschur Farms in Maria Stein, Ohio. This partnership enabled us to build and staff a brand new truck wash in November of 2018. At this location, we station six pullet and six fowl trailers in order to serve our customers new geographical needs. We can schedule to move up to 120,000 birds per day in a traditional cage style house and up to 40,000 birds per day in a cage free house. Specialized Equipment
As our customers have grown so have we. We operate five different large platform lifts that allow us to safely and efficiently take carts to the second and third floors of modern houses. This allows us to work in multiple large houses on a single day. We have various other specialized pieces of equipment that we have developed during our years in the business as well.
